We sat on the terrace, where we had a romantic ambience at sunset. All the dishes looked very good, but a bit sparse in terms of taste. Pasta with coconut and saffron had no coconut flavor. I only got 2 small mussels and 2 shrimps on these noodles. Actually a no go for the price. Orange risotto didn't taste like oranges. Meat and fish dishes tasted good, but not impressive.
However, we were thrilled with the desserts, they were perfect and surprisingly good! Very nice service!
Good dishes, the main asset being the view! Ask for the terrace in advance otherwise you risk finding yourself in a common room. The waiting time is quite long ?
Lovely place with super high quality food and professional service. Definitely worth booking a table with ocean view.

The menu features a variety of dishes, including a tasty dessert with an amazing presentation, a well-executed fish dish with banana, a specialty of Madeira, and a Beyond Vegan burger served without a bun on perfectly cooked veggies with a balsamic reduction. While some items may be slightly pricier, the overall quality and service make it a recommended destination. Reservations are recommended to avoid waiting, especially for the terrace seating, as outdoor seating is first come first serve. Parking is available in a large lot about 100m up to the right if there are no spaces in front.
