“I had the (arroz de pato) duck on rice dish and it was very good and the portion was fair enough for a lunch dose. Affordable price overall. Very friendly staff. A good quick stop place if you feel hungry on your way to the beach or when visiting Sintra.
Parking: Hard to park but you will manage something closeby... there are small secondary roads c3ossing thus one. Remember that this entrance is right on top to the main, so daily traffic is intense but not noisy.“

“A simple cafe with simple and inexpensive food. Soup 5.90 and second course 7.90 - Pork in white sauce with mushrooms, rice and a salad of chopped vegetables. Very tasty and fast. I didn't have enough energy for desserts, because everything was so filling. I recommend“

“(Translated by Google) Honest and genuine space rooted in the life of a small town at the foot of the Sintra mountains. It has a small terrace where, on the hottest days of the year, mixed toasts with oregano, saucers of snails and well-roasted snails fly. To push, there are some very fresh imperials. Inside, it is common to find lively groups around a cheese and sausage board. On Fridays, as it is Euromillions day, it is difficult to park. Simple and friendly people who serve well and with quality. Excellent option to cool off the afternoon when you are in the Abrunheira region of Sintra.(Original)Espaço honesto e genuíno enraizado na vida de uma pequena localidade no sopé da serra de Sintra. Lá dentro é comum encontrar grupos animados à volta de uma tábua de queijos e enchidos. Às 6as feiras por ser dia de Euromilhões é difícil de estacionar. “We had coffee here in the morning in early May to get out of the rain before sightseeing. We came back late afternoon and shared some wine and the best piece of chocolate cake I have ever had. It had a cookie base and dark chocolate frosting. Incredible. I can't stop thinking about it. Might you share the recipe to a chocolate fan from Oregon USA?“
“Slighly outside of the touristy areas, but right into the “artsy” district of SP, this is a place where you can eat and drink like a proper Paulista, amongst the locals! The whole restaurants is full of football memorabilia with many scarves from teams from all over the world… I think if your team is not there and you show up with a little banner or something, they will put it on the wall too! Food is amazing, you have to try the steak (advertised in the menu as the typical dish)“
“I love traditional espresso from home. If I have the opportunity, I test several cafés every day. The ambience, the friendliness despite the clear language barrier on my part. As the name suggests, it is friendly. I like to be here when my schedule allows it.“

“They have great sweets, from queijada, pastel de nata, pillows and cornbread. Unfortunately accessibility is not the best and some employees barely understand Portuguese, fortunately a Portuguese woman was still working who helped with my request.“

“We stoped here on our way out of Sintra. We had the best toast here. We ordered it to go but we had to eat 1/3 right away. When you order it to go open the lid or it will go wet from steam. It is made with lots of butter ham and cheese plus oregano on top is great. Don't hesitate and get some.“

“Had an awesome, extra toasty sandwich here. The location of where this is does seem rejected and definitely not the most inviting area, doesn’t help when theres chatty af portuguese dudes taking up the whole cafe with their voices. Still worth swinging by for the value of which ya get great sandwiches here.“
