I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Mei Si Cheng in Sintra. After being seated, my table was neglected for an unacceptably long time. Despite trying to get the staff's attention, they seemed indifferent and uninterested in serving us. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. The overall lack of care and attention to customers was astonishing. I expected much better and will not be returning.

On the plus side: it was prepared quickly, the food was not bad. Cons: very unfriendly staff (we were greeted with a very angry face)) no smile, no help, and any question on the menu showed irritation) We took the dish at random)) The takeaway portions are very small compared to all the restaurants I've been to. The child couldn’t even eat enough. The photo of the complex sushi set does not correspond to reality. The restaurant manager definitely needs to change everything. I don’t want to come back here, although the dishes are delicious

Place with toilet Very dirty, taps don't work, stairs are very dirty, if I had gone to the bathroom first I wouldn't have eaten, I was sickened by what I saw, I wouldn't recommend it, the service was good.

I don't know how many hands the management of this restaurant passes through. This is because I've already had it all.On the phone, they talk about contempt and neglect, it seems like they don't even want to receive it.When we arrived at the restaurant, the same. The food is reasonable, it doesn't stand out. But the downside is the service, lack of will and education.

Menu with several options (including steaks and fries, which is strange in a Chinese restaurant) and the food unfortunately comes with no flavor whatsoever.Avoid dishes with mushrooms.Place not to be repeated.

Vegetarian options: Menu with part dedicated to vegetarian dishes.

Went to eat with a couple of friends and bought something that i didint know the what it meant, after searching on google it showed me pictures of noodles with chicken.Turns out it was 4 little dumplings for 5 euros.5 euros might not mean anything for most ppl but im student and it ruined my day.

Looked ok, but with variable reviews, and we were hungry.Regretted it2 chicken curries were so salty that they were inedibleThe mixed sushi plate was poor, they looked tired, and the ginger had dried out at the edges.The peking duck was almost a recovery, but the pancakes were cut to tiny triangles, and while there was a little Hoysin Sauce, and spring onions, there was no cucumber available - and even with a translator, they didn’t seem to know, or care what we asked for.Sorry, we cannot recommend this restaurant.(And as of today - the toilets are still not acceptable - cleanliness or maintenance)
