“We were yesterday spending the day.We ordered padrón peppers which were delicious. Then a steak that was on point and very good and a cod (when we go to Portugal I always order it), a very complete dish and it was delicious, but it was a little soggy in the corners.To finish we ordered a cookie cake and a berry cheesecake was delicious.The service was 10 and the place was full and that says a lot about both the food and the staff. I recommend you go.“

Both experiences were excellent: personable, dedicated service by the hardworking owner, fresh tasty food in generous portions, and an array of beverages, all reasonably priced. Busy as he was (very busy) the owner took time to pop outside to the street in the midst of dinner rush to give a man with a dog some money. Clearly this place is a favorite of locals and doesn't need a good review to get people in the door, but for those who might otherwise miss it, don't!Kid-friendliness: Easy-going atmosphere“
