“We went there yesterday for the first time. The bubble teas are EXCELLENT and well prepared. There are many choices. The coconut one is very good.There is a machine that allows you to take your order automatically. It's good when you're a little undecided. There is also a standard checkout.The two people who worked were not very cheerful and we had almost no contact with them. The atmosphere seems a little cold afterwards, I don't want to make generalizations.The products are, in any case, very good and the choice diversified.“

“Pretty good bubble tea! We weren’t expecting a lot as the place was 24/7 and quite dingy. We ordered around 11pm and got the Roasted Milk Tea, QQ Mango, and the Pearl Milk Tea. It was pretty good and we got our drinks extremely quick, almost right after ordering! It lives up to the other Chatimes despite our previous judgements.“

Very spacious interior with lots of seating. Great for students, but it is a bit loud with music and customers talking so you should wear headphones ? if you’re planning to come and study. Great hangout spot for friends though. Each table can seat min. 6 people or you can sit alone at the bar table in the front.

Parking: There’s paid parking on the street facing the shop or you can park in the public parking lot behind the shop.“

They are quite sweet but we knew we weren't going there for a "healthy" snack when we're talking about donuts :) I'll come back!“

Kevin was the barista and cashier behind the counter today and he was on fire serving and making the drinks himself. “délicieux et bcp de choix..seul hic c'est que présentation de l'assiette change d'une fois à l'autre..je ne trouve pas ça normal..comment on peut savoir si ça va nous tenter de manger ce qu'on nous amène là prochaine fois..un jour grande assiette avec chaque chaque élément bien séparé..bien garni..l'autre jour une petite soucoupe avec moins de truc..3e fois dans petit bol entassé. j'aime pas bcp le fait que ça ne soit pas uniforme..on ne sait jamais ce qu'on va recevoir..une chance que c'est sommes tour bon..mais grosse amélioration à apporter selon moi“

“A very cool place, I really enjoyed my caramel coffee. It was very good really highly recommended. The employees are really very nice and helpful. I had dropped my caramel coffee on the way out and the employee gave me another one instead for free. I really liked the yellow Buldak noodles with cheese and a tip they are really really very spicy luckily the employee warned me because I hadn't been paying attention but still I asked for a few drops to try it was really very good to tell you I strongly advise you to try this place I really enjoyed it ❤️❤️❤️ oh I almost forgot the atmosphere was really great and also the music and above all I really liked loved the figurines hanging on the wall there were Luffy, Naruto, Kakashi, and also Goku and many other figurines ❤️❤️❤️“

“I often come here after school. The bubble tea tastes amazing, no matter the flavour, and the lady that’s at the counter most of the time, is super sweet. The store itself gives a very nice and friendly vibe, and I’d recommend this to anyone who lives near Monkland. Personally, I recommend ordering the brown sugar one.“

“I am so happy finally get a bubble tea store around where I live, it's all brand new inside a dive in restaurant, and I ordered a Brown sugar milk tea with tapioca pearls, to my surprised it's pretty tasty, and the girls working there are pretty nice and patient, the service is really fast which only took few minutes. “We love to visit presto tea when we want a refreshing drink. When we order, we usually get a mango slushie for my toddlers to share, I got a jasmine tea with coconut water and my husband got a black tea with brown sugar bubbles. Very refreshing and they make the drinks very fast as well!“
