“This might genuinely be the best Thai Express location I’ve tried. Their pad thai is actually SO good. Flavorful, fresh, and way better than I expected from a mall food court. I feel like not many people know about it because it’s in the older section of the mall, but it deserves more hype honestly“

“Thai food that comes default spicy!!!! Lots of herbs just as I was hoping for. Our group of friends greatly enjoyed our meal from beginning to end! My husband enjoyed the draft beer. The dessert ---- shaved ice!!!! Soft and pillowy, with lots of fruit and flavours! It just melts in your mouth. The dessert can be shared by 4 people ... or 2 if you love dessert like me.“

“One of my personal hidden gems in Montreal. It is in the heart of the little Italy which is a perfect area for a nice little date or soft evening. The menu is simple. You cannot go there and expect it to have a long list of things. They curate the menu every now and so, only keeping the best sellers on the constant. Personally, the pad thai and the wings are just my must haves.

The atmosphere is also a 10/10. It makes you feel like you’ve traveled when you didn’t. Perfect to eat alone or accompanied. To be honest it’s never bothered to go on my own to enjoy a meal of my own company. I’d say if you’re a bigger group, do expect a little wait, or come early.

Service at times is a give or take. But usually pretty good so a 4 for me.

“Visiting from Montreal from BC. We were driving around the Mount Royal area and came across this place. The burger was phenomenal and so was the poutine. We had the mon amor double smash burger with bacon and the classic poutine. 10/10 🔥🙌🏽 (forgot to take a photo until after we started eating)“

“Best to reserve in advance. Though you will get seated, but might take longer. I have discovered this place a few years back and have been back at least twice a year. If you are looking for a unique place, this is it. I take the all you can eat buffet, but it is served to you and you order from the catalogue provided. I would suggest getting half portions because even their sample sizes are generous. This way, you can sample many different dishes. Great atmosphere for quiet evening with your better half. I can't say I have anything bad to say about this place.“

This was just nooked perfectly around the corner of my hotel, but I had never had anything from here, not even from my home state. The rep was so kind in explain the menu to me (in English, might I add) as my French is pitiable! I got the healthy option of soup instead, & even got a free samosa. I came back next day, you bet! Not for the samosa, but for the service & delicious food!“

“On our 4th day of our F1 trip, we stumbled upon a hidden gem in the suburbs of Longueuil - Madame Thai. And let me tell you, it was an absolute delight!

This restaurant is a must-visit in Longueuil and totally worth the trip. It’s clean, inviting, beautifully lit, spacious, and decorated. The weather was a bit mild, so we ended up sitting inside, but the patio area is one of the best I’ve seen for an Asian cuisine.

The food was like sitting at your own kitchen table after a long search for the perfect Thai Soup and stir-fry recipe. Everything was cooked to order and seriously homemade with authentic recipes. We had two types of soup - a creamy coconut milk-based one and a spicier one. Our entry was ginger-fried rice with chicken and a medley of veggies. It was absolutely amazing, just like being back in your own kitchen.

So, if you’re looking for a quaint spot with great drinks, food, and a mature vibe, I highly recommend Madame Thai. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed!“

“I went to a bunch of Thai Express in the last couple of years. This one is by far at the top of the list. The service and the staff is excellent. The cooking is great (enough sauce and enough meat mostly). The man at the register is just a genuine good guy, he makes you want to come back. This Thai Express has better reviews than most and it's definitely justified.“
