“I wish I could give this place 6 stars! It is SO tasty! Actually tastes like pizza from Italy. The garlic knots are greasy and delicious! The pizza crust is crispy on the edges and soft on the inside… it’s like biting into a crispy cloud. Must try! Note that this place (for now) is TAKE OUT ONLY.“

“Amazing sandwiches! My workplace regularly orders from here and the sandwiches are always a hit! Have tried the chicken cutlet, beef and Korean pork and all were flavourful and filling. The orzo salad was fresh and delicious! Even the tiramisu was incredibly tasty. But on the expensive side, but definitely worth the indulgence.“

“If I could give 100 stars I would. ?We had our sons first birthday with Sorella and it was incredible. From start to finish Val and her husband were truly great. Such good , genuine people! “The New Location of La Serenata is a Delight! Although the seating might be the same as the original location, it definitely felt like it was a roomier place. Our reserved table was waiting for us when we arrived 5 minutes before the reservation time and we were promptly seated. Water glasses were immediately filled and an “Amuse Bouche” or Bruschetta was placed before us; along with an abundant plate of rolls. We all selected items off the Table d’Hote as they provided the best value. My Wife opted for the Linguini Pescatore while I ordered the Grilled Scallops. With the starters available, rolls and well provided entrees, we were very satisfied. To complete the meal there was a Limoncello Cake and a Tiramisu that was shared. It was a fun evening to dine out with close friends and to catch up. There were two (2) large & boisterous groups celebrating festive occasions that made us feel it was their pre-Christmas Dinners. Exceptional service set the tone, with a waitress whose presentation skills were unparalleled, adding to our overall delightful experience. Starting with a burrata imported from Italy, it was undoubtedly one of the finest I've tasted. The complimentary bread, served with perfect butter, was a treat in itself. The Gnocchi di Ricotta al Pomodoro con Burrata was a pleasant surprise for a non-gnocchi eater like me. The lamb dish we shared was flawlessly cooked, offering a remarkable taste. The crème brûlée, while not the highlight, was still enjoyable. The ambiance enhanced the dining experience, making this a top-notch Italian restaurant. “Cavallaro on St. Charles is always a must when I'm in the area! The staff is always helpful and friendly. Angelo is wonderful and always so helpful and nice to chat with. They have many italian products that can be difficult to find anywhere else on the West Island. Cavallaro also offers an abundant variety of fantastic cheeses and cured meats, some of which I have yet to spot anywhere else! Dont forget to pick up some cannoli, they have the best ones in the West Island. It's always such a pleasure to stop by!“

“Guess I should probably give this place a mention. I can vouch for their meat lasagna which I buy frozen. I use the small, medium and large sizes, depending on my crowd. Excellent every time. Super easy meal to have on hand when family drops by. Everyone loves it - even my picky granddaughter!“

“Not Bad, not exceptional.Risotto really didn’t have much taste.Oysters were fresh, good and not expensive.Other plates from other person of the group looked just OK, but were really not fancy.Total bill: 175$ for 2 persons with 1 drink each and no wine (Tax and Tip included).“

“Went there for a quick lunch had a crispy chicken salad. The chicken was flavorful, but the salad left much to be desired, trace amount of red onion and tomato to be found and uninspiring vinaigrette. It’s beautiful little café that offers a table service after ordering at the counter the staff is super friendly I have to go back to try if they’re sandwiches or if they’re pastries to give a but it’s a nice place. Will update once I go back.“
