“Excellent service, fabulous food. For a large busy restaurant it was an unexpectedly quiet atmosphere which was very enjoyable. You could hear each other talk. There are an abundance of staff all doing a job professionally. Server, water, clean-up during the meal and delivery of the food was never neglected or forgotten. Hats off to the sushi chefs! Remarkable!
Parking: The restaurant is located on the exterior of a shopping center so there is plenty of parking.“

“Mon fils et moi avons commandé ce soir chez Tako pour la 1ere fois. Nous avons pris la boite de 26 sushis et ils étaient tout simplement délicieux et frais! Nous avons même eu droit à quelques sauces maison afin d'accompagner notre repas. La personne qui a pris notre commande était très sympathique et je l'ai même rappellée après notre repas car je trouve important d'encourager nos commerces locaux pour leur transmettre nos commentaires positifs! Nous commanderons de nouveau et en plus, c'est à quelques minutes de la maison! Merci 🙂“

“This place was Amazing. The sushi was great. We got the California one (I think it was called that), one with salmon, and one with shrimp in it. We had 7 each, and it was delicious. The service was a little slow, especially since we were the only people in the restaurant. But we got a lot of food so it is understandable. And let me say, it is just beautiful in there. The design is stunning. I will go here again for sure.“

“I was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service we received owner Mr. Ming personally greets and attends to all customer needs. I can honestly say Sushi Hin is my favorite sushi place in the West Island. I have been there twice and the quality and service is very consistent. On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service. I thought that was a nice gesture and we really appreciated how far they went to win our loyalty to the restaurant. i highly recommend you give them a try.“

“Fantastic Sushi! This is only the 2nd Sushi restaurant that I have been to that was not ayce... and honestly it was one of the best!
The menu had a good selection, the food was very fresh and the atmosphere was pleasant.
I don't know if it is a regular feature, however we were able to bring our own bottle of wine... something I have always liked in Montreal, as it is quite uncommon in Ontario!“

“What a gem! I was about to step into the big chain which closed in half an hour. I make it a policy not to eat at restaurants that close within the hour. I walked over to sushi taxi and the decor was so cute! Very warm and inviting. I ordered to go and sat on a plush red couch. How comfortable! My order was ready and it came in the most unique environmentally friendly packaging. The quality of ingredients stood out the most, the flavour was lovely. This place is now my sushi spot!“

“Excellent service! The portions are generous and the sushi is big and delicious! The salmon had a nice color and was fresh. There was a little too much sesame on the rice for my taste but nothing to worry about. I definitely plan to go back!“

“I've bought sushi from here a few times over the year, it is always delicious and fresh. Not all sushi places let you get a full vegeterian plate so it is appreciated. The place is small, but nice and I've never had any employees that were anything other than professional and kind. However, please do fix your opening hours because I walked 30min to get to you and arrived around 11:30 and you were still closed.“

“I went at night and found the restaurant a little full, the atmosphere is cozy and I didn't make a reservation to eat there. The food is very good, the quantity is just right and they give a generous amount of protein (meat). The truth is that the only drawback is that we waited a long time between the appetizers and the main course. Another fact is that there is very little space between tables, we had to accommodate ourselves to get in and out, even the waiters struggle to serve the food on the table. If I'm passing through I would go again.“

“Walking into this sushi shop felt like visiting a friend who just happens to make amazing sushi. The staff was super welcoming, made great recommendations, and even suggested the perfect drinks. They checked in at just the right moments—never rushed, just real and friendly. Oh, and the sushi? Unreal.

“It was a beautiful day and I'm so glad I brought sushi for the picnic! It is very popular!But this is the first time I've brought sushi to an outdoor party in QUEBEC, although it's very common in Japan.Also, the salmon and tuna were fresh and not greasy or fishy, the vegetables and rice were fresh and well matched, the sushi rolls were nicely wrapped.All this took me by surprise!Sorry to be picky about sushi!“

“Ordered a 50pc chef's choice platter a day ahead for a work lunch. The selection was impressive with a great mix of maki and sashimi. Very fresh and delicious, well presented and beautifully boxed. I arrived about 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and the platter was ready for me. Service was courteous and prompt. I've never had a bad experience with this location and their handling of this special order impressed me as well.“
“Haven't bought any, was there for my groceries and just realized now that it's not a Standalone Restaurant.Anyway I remember thinking about how tasty they looked so which is a good sign.Depending on timing I guess, maybe they'll varies im they're freshness and how they look appetizing.But I mainly go there for groceries and usually don't think about buying ready to eat food, maybe eventually for lunch, after my errand.It would surely be good, since it's been a while last time I had some anywhere.
Vegetarian options: Surely they have veggie Sushi for a broader clientele, it seems obvious but I can't confirm it.
Parking: It's the metro parking lot so they'll be a lot of people going around but usually it's always easy to find a parking quickly.Not to big either, maybe only during rush it's more stressful with à car but don't know since I was using Taxi/Uber last time.but they were place left and enough leaving to keep a certain rotation and it was Sunday afternoon so I'm sure it rarely get worse than that.
Wheelchair accessibility: Since the metro is, that place must be too.
Dietary restrictions: Veggie Sushi is a kind of restrictions, for anything else, always check with the place to be sure.Allergies are no joke“

“I gave five stars, however I believe a much nicer atmosphere would be to listen to relaxing, authentic Japanese music. Listening to hip hop music (what I would expect to hear in a bar) took away what could have been a much nicer experience. The food and lovely servers keeps me coming back. Please change the music to reflect your beautiful Japanese culture!“
