“Anytime we go to Quebec a stop at St-Hubert is a must. The chicken is always cooked just right and couldn’t be more delicious. Our most recent stop was at this location at the express take out area. My French is sub par to say the least but the staff was very helpful in taking our order.. the wait time was not long at all and the guy even brought our order outside to us when it was ready. 5 stars for this location.“

“Their fried chicken is the best in Châteauguay hands down!!! It takes a little bit longer than other restaurants but trust me the quality is amazing. The fried chicken is super crispy and super juicy. Fries, poutine, coleslaw and desserts are amazing too. Their burgers hit the spot and their prices are pretty hard to beat. If you're looking for a big, tasty and good priced meal, this is the spot.“

“Not a huge fan of "bread crumb style" breading, more of a tempura style fan. But for that style this was the best you can ask for. But I will say I usually expect the tempura style from places that are specialized in fried chicken, it's just a better coating that's more pleasing to bite into.
