Alright, I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chalet BBQ, and may I say… it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, Steve and Catherine made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The atmosphere was cozy and the chalet of your grandparents, perfect for a relaxed meal.

Now, let's talk about the food… absolutely incredible! The chicken was perfectly cooked, bursting with original, authentic flavor, and the poutine was equally delicious. I honestly, highly recommend you all go eat their signature, slow cooked chicken, you won't be disappointed!

What really stood out was the attention to detail and the passion they put into their cooking. Steve and Catherine truly care about their patrons and it shows in every aspect of the dining experience.

If you’re looking for a fantastic meal and a friendly atmosphere, Chalet BBQ is the place to be! I can’t wait to go back for another round of their amazing chicken and poutiiiiine!

Only reason I rated the atmosphere a 3 is bc it is a fast food restaurant and I rank all restaurants on the same scale. For a fast food place if ranking against other fast food places would get a 5. Can comfortably sit down and eat your meal without feeling like you’re in a dingy fast food place. There is also outdoor patio seating. Didn’t photograph bc it was raining when I was there.

“I have been eating at this Poulet Rouge branch for the past 2.5 years and I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to write this one because of how reliable and clean this restaurant is. Even though I have many poulet rouge branches near my place, I always take the metro to go to this one because in my opinion it’s the cleanest and freshest branch of all. The food is always fresh and clean and the people who work there are amazing. They are always smiling and always ensure that the customer is satisfied. In addition, they are always generous with the portions. One of the main people, Ahmed, is very very humble and always makes sure that the orders served are correct and presented in a respectable manner. I ate at this branch about 3-4 times a week for the past couple of years and have never had a negative encounter. This is my first time writing a review and I think this place
deserves the highest of ratings. Looking forward to eating there tomorrow!!“

“Value for money I think it's pretty good price $11 for a small dish of griot, the only 2 things that bother me are the following as in ALL West Indian restaurants sometimes there are too many pieces of fat instead of pieces of griot. The 2nd thing that bothers me with marabou is that there is no macaroni salad only lettuce salad without vinaigrette overall I would give a rating of 3.8-4 depending on the pieces of griot ?“

Excellent service yesterday when I ordered the lobster sandwich around 12:33 pm. Keishauna and her colleagues were very polite and friendly! The service was prompt, as usual! I found that the sandwich was very generously filled with delicious lobster. In the past, when I ordered from another branch, on the south shore, the sandwich only had small pieces of lobster.
I look forward to returning again with my work colleague, as you are a 10-minute walk from work!!“

I worked there as a teenager for four years back in the 90s, and I was thrilled to see that it hasn’t changed. The food was still amazing, especially that sauce—pure perfection. “If you are looking for a really good fried chicken spot with a delicious cheesy poutine, THIS IS THE SPOT!

The fried chicken was hands down one of the best fried chickens I ever ate! The crunchiness was consistent with all the chicken and soft in the inside.

The poutine was EXTREMELY cheesy with lots of gravy. A lot of places that sell poutines can be stingy with the cheese, but definitely not this spot!

Rotisserie Poulet Bronze will definitely be my go to fast food spot anytime I am back in Montreal to visit.
