On est allé aujourd'hui vers 13 h 00 au Benny&Co mon conjoint et moi on est resté en ligne plus de 5 minutes avant de commander, un autre homme est arrivé derrière nous. La préposée au comptoir de service était au téléphone, appel personnel c'était évident. Le monsieur derrière nous était exaspéré. La préposée nous regardait et discutait.
