“Best combo plates you can get anywhere in Montreal!
There are better places for pitas around but in terms of a combo plate… The quantity, the quality and the freshness are 10/10. The rice has a great aroma, salads are fresh, the meats are seasoned to perfection and best of all….they aren’t cheap with the garlic sauce and hummus!!! They don’t give you those tiny cups and charge you.
I grew up around this place and used to go as a kid after playing outside all day. In recent years I went back to see if it was all just nostalgia…Nope!
Cherry on top, the owner who’s been there since I was a kid, remembered me from that long ago. As many comments have stated already, he’s a wonderful guy.

“I recently visited Boustan and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to the tall guy with glasses who assisted us. He was incredibly friendly and made fantastic recommendations. I tried the chicken shawarma, and it was full of flavor, served with fresh pita. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was quick. I highly recommend Boustan for delicious fast food and great customer service. I’ll definitely be returning!“

“We door dashed some food but unfortunately there was a mistake with the order. It makes sense though, with so many items there's bound to be a mistake, especially since restauranteurs are so overworked.
What's amazed me though is that when we called them, they didn't even hesitate to send us the correction with one of their drivers and it arrived in no time. I don't exactly live very close either. Amazing service and delicious food. Thank you :)“

“Paramount is a good option at YUL airport (note: it’s before security). I had the create your own bowl with falafel. The ingredients of all of the sauces, hummus, etc are listed out so it is easy to confirm what is vegan. The garlic sauce isn’t vegan but the tahini and hummus were very good. Not sure about other locations but the hummus did not have any non-vegan ingredients Updated from previous review on 2026-01-20“
