“The beef carpacio was fantastic! I really wanted to love the pasta but neither dish seemed to feature homemade pasta which I would expect with a restaurant like this. (carbonara and ricco) If it was homemade, it was thick and a little gummy, not thinner and more delicate. The pappardelle was subbed in the carbonara for penne, but both noodles had the same problem (the pappardelle a little less gummy than the penne). I got my food as take away, and I was really impressed they had included the cracked egg sitting in the center of the pasta the same way you would get if you were eating it in house. The ricco had a nice mix of veggies and I loved the kalamatas when I got a bite with all the components. I would probably skip the cannolis if I order again, the filling was on the bitter side and more wet than I'm used to.“
