The waiters were very nice and passed by often to see if they needed to clear anything or refill our waters.

“We went for a team building supper, was greeted cordially and accommodated throughout the whole experience. It was an event night, but still were told there was going to be a little wait, the owner was very efficient, he took our order as we waited, so that when the table was ready, the food followed, we sat around the time he promised, very efficient. Small space, but very friendly and warm environment, highly recommended“

“A really unique and interesting burger. It's not everyday a cheeseburger is served floating in a little puddle of sauce with a popsicle stick as your only utensil. I see why they don't have a drive-thru. It's probably not for everyone (my wife hates wet bread) but I enjoyed it. A real old-timey Quebec kind of place.“

“I don’t go often but there’s something special about the burgers’ flavour that makes me want to eat there whenever I’m in the area. It’s a bit small for the price but the thin bread is a nice concept. Friendly service although I have to advise the manager not to scream at your employees and even less if you have clients around. Overall it’s a good place to have a burger once in a while.“

“Great experience at Jack Astor’s! Our server was a true one-man army — super attentive, friendly, and always checking on us to make sure everything was perfect. The service really made our visit special. The piña colada was very good and refreshing. We also loved the garlic bread and nachos; they were absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Everything came out fresh and well prepared. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place!“

“Update: they have background music and it is extremely loud. It was not like that last time we came. We come at least once a month. The music is so loud, and mixed with the people's voices and kitchen sounds, that it becomes overwhelming and unpleasant. I asked the lady on the counter to lower it a little bit but she refused. Little does she know that she's going to have occupational acoustic damage. The local is already small and crammed, the management should be working on making it more comfortable. The loudness doesn't help the atmosphere.“

“Best A&W drive through location! I’ve never had a bad customer service experience at this specific location, and tonight It was no different! The guy who served me (I think his name was Roy), is the best! A smiley face, very polite, and caring in providing the best experience to his customers! Chapeau bas to Roy, you nailed it ????.The only negative comment I have, is about the fries! They weren’t freshly made! They were really cold and hard to eat!But overall, I totally recommend this location!“

Merci à Ben , notre serveur ! J’ai choisi le tartare de saumon : délicieux, avec une portion généreuse et des accompagnements savoureux. Le menu propose une belle variété de plats, et les amateurs de bières artisanales seront ravis par la sélection impressionnante de bières québécoises et d’importation. Les cocktails et vins sont également au rendez-vous. L’endroit propose même des soirées d’humour et des spectacles musicaux, parfaits pour une sortie festive.“
