The chef's specialty sushi and signature menu are the BEST sushi. Despite their higher price they are REALLY worth it! I had difficulty finding a sushi restaurant as good as my usual one in Montreal and I can say without hesitation that they are better! Definitely excellent sushi. I recommend to everyone.“

“I’m not a big fan of this chain, but this branch is one of the few decent ones in Quebec. Service was ok and food quality was average. They’re overpriced compared to the quality of food they serve. This located in a business district in Bois Briand which makes it a bit convenient.“

I can honestly say Sushi Hin is my favorite sushi place in the West Island. I have been there twice and the quality and service is very consistent. On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service. I thought that was a nice gesture and we really appreciated how far they went to win our loyalty to the restaurant. i highly recommend you give them a try.“
