We were unlucky last year (2023) as we didn't make a reservation and the place was full. This year we made a reservation. We had the Hivernale special which was onion, sliced potato, and smoked bacon, as well as the namesake L'ami Fritz. Frankly, it's the smoked bacon that really sets everything off. I don't yet have the pleasure of eating there, through a family member who lives in Shefford we often buy frozenflammekueche.They are always appreciated by all our guests at home. This reheats easily and is produced and frozen meticulously.A delight, the best in the region, keep up the good work! :-)
