We had a very delicious lunch at Fritz's. We tried the traditional and spring tarte flambée. Very nice restaurant with friendly staff, we would recommend it to everyone.

There's not much that I can say that the other 5-star comments haven't already said, L'Ami Fritz deserves them all, and then some. The Flammeküeche's are crafted with a simple selection of ingredients that compliment each other perfectly, a hallmark of brilliant cuisine. The atmosphere of a unique European region made it a true dining experience and the hospitality was exemplary. It is not hard at all to see why so many guests named L'Ami Fritz as the culinary highlight of their trip to Bromont, myself included.

We were unlucky last year (2023) as we didn't make a reservation and the place was full. This year we made a reservation. We had the Hivernale special which was onion, sliced potato, and smoked bacon, as well as the namesake L'ami Fritz. Frankly, it's the smoked bacon that really sets everything off. Of course, that is the chef's secret where he gets it. The salad accompanying each plate is fantastic drizzle in a wonderful dressing that complements the meal. The hosts are wonderfully welcoming and the chef comes out and talks to everyone. It's just a really welcoming place set in a homey environment with delicious food. We'll be back.
