Having filled out the fidelity card (7 cakes purchased) I was in title of a free cake. I was always told by DQ employees that I could get a big blizzard Ice cream Cake for free. I was being told lies... In any case, Salma (I believe his name is) literally blew my mind with an excellent, professional, compassionate costumer service. Even if I was very mad not being grated what I had believe I was in title, Salma kept his calm and tried many different approches for me to be happy....read full review
