Excellent service! We even got a free small steak for our little dog, the employee at the drive-thru was smiling and very professional! It was a first and we will return. The burger was very good.
The lady who works there doesn't understand, you have to repeat repeat repeat. Plus she's not at all friendly, she looks at you askance and it's like someone's bothering her! I also observed that she is not at all tolerant towards her much younger colleagues and seems to almost intimidate them. I've been going there a few times now and when she's not there the atmosphere is different. For the rest the food is OK but the customer service is very disappointing.
