The manager was outside blocking the doorway talking to people. They had 4 orders on the go and kept calling people over when they weren't complete. One lady handing out orders was sticking her hand inside every cup. The guy who gave us our order gave us a medium drink instead of a large and practically ran away before we could correct him.
