As a butcher's shop and a sandwich (charcoal grilled) i can say their meaty quality is excellent and their prices are fair. However, the sandwich service is horrible and pretty slow, even if you order ahead of time by phone you'll end up waiting at least 25 min to get your order ready. Doesn't make sense...
Very good and tasty restaurant, Reccommend

Papa's Boucherie Et Kabab Grillades offers delicious freshly grilled halal meat. The charcoal and meat aroma fills the air as customers wait for their orders. Though the waiting time can be long due to the fresh preparation, the reasonable prices make it worthwhile, especially for the sandwich/wrap, poulet entier, or the plates (rice, fries, meat, pita). The restaurant is a small place that combines a butcher shop with a dining area, where customers can buy prepared meats or enjoy freshly made dishes. The store inside is spotless, and the variety of meats—beef, lamb, and chicken—is impressive, with all items being Halal. The food is prepared fresh, which may cause some delays, but the quality makes it worth the wait. The shish Taouk is highly recommended, and the service at the checkout is friendly and attentive. While some concerns about hygiene were noted in the past, the restaurant generally maintains cleanliness and transparency in food preparation. Overall, it is a good spot for tasty grilled meats and delicious sandwiches.
