“Superb ability to adapt on the part of the manager and his employees. I arrived this morning around 8:30 with 4 children for lunch and to play in the amusement park. They were preparing the room for a birthday but we were still given the space and allowed to play. It was very appreciated. The manager also came to bring us our orders directly to the room. I just wish the patty had a bit more of a charred, smoky flavor. That said, it’s still a decent burger, just slightly overpriced for what you get. Atmosphere is clean, and service was pretty quick.“

I stopped by on a whim and I’m so glad I did. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor—exactly what you want from a fast food spot. The Banhmi Porc with fries and spicy mayo hit the spot. “I’m visiting from abroad and came specifically to try poutine and BeaverTail. Viviane was wonderful, kind, very patient and helped me order. The bacon poutine and the brownie BeaverTail were both delicious, prepared quickly, and packed perfectly for takeout. I loved the BeaverTail, the texture was so soft and crunchy at the same time. Would definitely recommend, and the price was fine!“

As someone who cooks all the time, I'm extremely critical about food quality and taste. That's why I was genuinely surprised and impressed with Poulet Rouge on my first visit!

We ordered the chicken bowl with salad and quinoa, the chicken bowl with brown rice, and the chicken poutine. Everything exceeded my expectations for a fast food franchise. The chicken was well-seasoned and properly cooked, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the flavors were spot-on. This isn't your typical fast food - the quality really shows.

Beyond the food, the service was great, the restaurant was clean, and there was comfortable seating available. Our order came out quickly without compromising on taste or presentation.

What really seals the deal is the pricing - it's actually affordable, which is rare these days given the current economy. You're getting quality food at a fair price point.

I'm genuinely excited to go back, which says a lot coming from someone who usually prefers home-cooked meals. Poulet Rouge has earned a regular customer. Highly recommend giving them a try!“

*UPDATE 2025.12.03: Strange. The first time I needed assistance to place a large order for a group of 40, I had plenty of help but not today. I was not-so-gently redirected to place the order online - the incentive being there are no discounts or deals when you call and online costs $70 less!
But now my card is not going through (not a MC issue/they confirmed all was fine) and I can't place the order. So what now?
There is no help online. No customer service hotline that can assist. I need to wait for the store to open at 11 am but that will be very lasty-minute for such a large order.
I guess that's what happens when corporations cut back to make more profit - the customer winds up floundering.
I guess I'm back to finding alternatives for the group lunch. What a shame.“

“Food. Typical quality you expect at a Lafleur. Well cooked and prepared and good taste.
Service. Bilingual and friendly.
Atmosphere. Ok. It’s fast food without personality.

Loved Lafleur’s for years and have been coming hear for almost as many. The newer update of the building is a bit colder and lacks the nostalgic personality of the old place and is much roomier and streamlined, but personality and warmth are now gone.
The michigans are as usual delicious and sauce yummy. The dog is the dog and always good.
The fry was tasty and the portion very generous, interesting far superior to a New York Fry product, around the same price, tastier; and more than TWICE the portion. NYF needs to learn a thing or two from this chain.

No complaints. The reason why the food is not a 5 is that it’s not exception. It’s a very very good place for this fast food, but there are other places that serve this type of food at a higher level so I hold back.

These guys are the best group of people ever. Try the Sous Marin Speciale. Smoked meat poutine. Or ever steamed hot dogs my toppings of choice are mustard and onion with cayenne pepper. “Great atmosphere, poutine is Fuego. It was nice back in 2017-2019 when they were open late and us bar folks could skippity hop on over for fries and ketchup (cheapest thing at the time for me haha)
I remember when a lot of High School acquaintances worked here, they were all great people. New clientele and manager real polite and kind. Courteous and professional staff.

“I'm from Quebec, I was passing through Longueuil for a night and I had already heard about the good poutine. Let me tell you that I am not disappointed I had asked for spaghetti sauce but it was saved ordinary but no problem it was still very good and the cheese I always take the extra cheese poutine and I swear to you that this time I will got my money's worth
