“Il y a des endroits qui servent le déjeuner. Et puis il y a O' Sainte Marie , où chaque assiette ressemble à une lettre d’amour écrite en beurre, en chaleur, et en pain pétri à la main. Les œufs bénédictine étaient une révélation. Leur sauce hollandaise, faite maison, ne faisait pas que napper l’assiette, elle chantait. Veloutée, chaude, avec une petite note citronnée et juste assez de richesse pour sublimer sans jamais écraser. Et dessous? Pas un muffin anglais sans âme, mais une tranche de leur pain maison, légère, dorée, grillée à la perfection. J’ai acheté un pain sur place. Même congelé, il garde son âme. Et les pommes de terre. Ces petits morceaux dorés de réconfort. Croustillants, assaisonnés comme si quelqu’un en arrière se souciait vraiment. Chaque bouchée racontait une histoire , de poêle, de patience, d’amour du goût et saveurs. Mon ami a pris la pizza-déjeuner, et le silence qui a suivi en disait long. Croûte feuilletée, jaune coulant, un joyeux chaos maîtrisé à merveille. O'Sainte Marie ne crie pas. Il n’a pas besoin de le faire. Il murmure, comme une cuisine tranquille au lever du jour, où l’odeur du pain grillé et du café a encore du sens. Si vous avez la chance d’y aller, allez y!! Arrivez avec l’estomac vide, et laissez-les faire le reste. Cinq étoiles, n’est pas assé. Ce déjeuner mérite une constellation.“

“Pleasantly surprised. This was the first time we did business with Ozias Pizza following our arrival in Otterburn Park following several recommendations seen online on social media. First, the manager changed my order made online because I had ordered 2 pizzas without having selected the 2 for 1 option, so without asking anything, the manager saved me and my family money. In addition, it was one of the best pizzas we have eaten in a long time: well garnished and delicious. This won't be the last time we go there! I recommend!“

“Wrote a review on Google about the service received by this restaurant. this was their response: "We assume that you have pizza cutter at home, and to be able to serve our pizza more crunchy we do not cut. We live in Quebec so, we prepare our pizzas to Québécoises’ taste…" Why would you assume everybody has a pizza cutter? People order takeout for convenience - not to do your job for you. Your standard Quebecoises taste is lack-there-of. Thank you for the inspiration, I'm going to open a Pizza Restaurant beside yours and call it "Pizza No-Gino"“

“We ordered yesterday (July 18) a pizza which was excellent with the exception which was very hot when we received it but we put it in the oven for 5 mins And that warmed the pizza which was very very good, thank you and the next order. “The pizza at Salvatore (at least at this branch I'm commenting on) always tastes great.
The poutines are good too!
The only thing (so far) that needs to be improved is the chicken bites, as I ordered bbq bites and expected them to be fully covered in sauce like the photos on the website show, only to get a few drizzles of sauce on the top (see photo).
The people working there are always friendly, so no complaints there :)“

“The submarine special is really good, they make the subs the way they are suppose to!! I did take out, not directed at this Jacques Cartier, but I'm sick of seeing ( tips) when someone hands you your order.. it like going to the gas station and tipping the girl at the cash for making you pay.. tips are earned and not a hand out.. even traffic light windows washers do more than most places asking for a tip.. it's getting ridiculous. Pay your employees accordingly and don't use the fact that they beg for change as a part of their salary“

We never suggest coming back with guacamole and sour cream. For the price paid, a refill would be good.
Your Tiramisu dessert tastes horrible, that's not Tiramisu.

“Pizza is by far the best for fast takeout and delivery style. The poutine is a bit of a miss, the fry oil is clearly very used and dark, and the fries are very short, as if the potatoes used were very small. The flavour is good but it gets soggy really fast!

“I haven't tried the other choices but the vegetarian pizza is very good and reasonably priced. Also the staff is always courteous and pleasant.
I review in July 2024 and give 5 stars. It's been a long time since I had the chance to visit the restaurant and my vegetarian 2 tips was really excellent. Full of cheese and overflowing with toppings. And the service is always so fast and courteous. Really great!“
