“We stopped here after a 9-hour drive and ordered a Farmhouse thin-crust pizza. We were exhausted, hungry, and unfamiliar with the area. The young man at the counter mentioned he was new, but you would never have guessed it. While our pizza was being prepared, we chatted with him and watched him effortlessly manage deliveries, pickups, special instructions, and customer requests—all with a genuine smile and a positive attitude.

“I love the thick greasy Quebec style pizza. That is why Como pizza is my goto place. However, Como pizza is too expensive and I was looking for an alternative. Voilà! Heard about this place and i decided to try. Wow!!! Almost same quality, style as Special Como but the price is much much affordable!

The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous and they have a wonderful terrace which is beautifully decorated. Beautiful flowers everywhere… so wonderful.

The food… delicious. The entrees were sublime, and the pizza and carbonara spaghetti were perfect.

“The prices on my menu sais 4$ less and once delivered the delivery man said the menu i had wasn’t good and they just changed the menu but mine was a few months old and I called and they didn’t wana budge for the price … so I let it go and I paid for it , it came out to 54$ Then I open my pizza box to start serving my family and one piece of pizza is burned .. I call them back and the boss said to eat it and to stop complaining and that it’s just one slice and it’s not a big deal I got upset and told him well I paid for this snd we don’t like it burned and I said can u give me a mini pizza delivered or a credit for the next time I order there and he said no and he said if I don’t want it he’ll eat it for me ????!! “My original review for Pizzeria Grande Allee was not good as the previous owners were quite rude and the food was terrible and very expensive.

However, I have ordered from there a few times since the new owners took over and I have to say that the difference is remarkable! The staff is very polite and their Pizzas are now the BEST you can get on the South Shore! The dough is soft and fluffy and they are quite generous with the toppings - lots of cheese and lots of pepperoni! On top of that, their prices are very reasonable!

My only request to the new owners - please do not get cheap with the ingredients and the toppings, like the previous owners did. I suspect this is why they are now the 'previous' owners :)“
