Surprised when I saw that the 18 croissants were all DRY and way overcooked. They are all very, very dark brown and no longer drip butter!Monday I contact SARAH at the store and following my explanations, she tells me to come back to the store and that a bag of 18 BEAUTIFUL croissants will be given to me free of charge.I showed up yesterday and showed my photos and got 18 beautiful new croissants.So I would like to thank SARAH. “I've been going to this place since about 1978-80, never been disappointed. I've known the owner, I've known his son owner who is my age. I've ordered plenty when older, specially the subs. This has been a properly run restaurant like forever. I used to share a pizza regularly with a friend 45 years ago for the price of 3.20$ (I was on a 2$ per lunch budget back then). “Tonight we visit Toujours Mikes and Maude showed us our place. She advised us in our wine choice and we ordered a small appetizer. Our tomato/boccancini was good in tast. As a main dish we ordered Lasagna and Pizza Carnivore. The chef made a very nice dish. Flavour was good and crispy bacon on my pizza. The lasagna was nice layers of pasta sauce and cheese. We were very happy with our dish and took a part home. Maude service was quick and with a big smile. She advised us well and we where happy with her expertise.“
