“Je suis une cliente de longue date de Pizzaiolle, plus de 20 ans certain. J’ai toujours adoré leurs pizzas, leurs pâtes et leurs salades. Depuis la pandémie, ils ont perdu l’art de faire une bonne pizza. Cela fait 3 ou 4 fois que leurs croûtes sont littéralement carbonisées, non pas avec une ou deux bulles noires mais au moins 5 ou 6… croûte pas mangeable et dangereusement Malsaine. Cela n’a pas été mon expérience ailleurs incluant au Pizzeria No. 900. Bien dommage! J’espère que vos cuisiniers pourront trouver un juste milieu entre dorée et brûlée. Étrangement, les photos que vous mettez sur le fil Facebook ne sont pas représentatives de ce que nous recevons!“

“Visiting from Toronto and was walking down Saint-Viateur when I smelled the most heavenly pizza wafting out from Pizza Toni. I’d already had a bagel 5 minutes before but you best believe that wasn’t going to stop me from trying a slice, especially after seeing the visual art. (A walking cartoon tomato and an original Dan Climan piece? Yes please.) The cheese pizza was DEE-lish, and the energy of the staff was infectious. Will definitely be back next time I visit (and will save room to try other slices)!“

*UPDATE 2025.12.03: Strange. The first time I needed assistance to place a large order for a group of 40, I had plenty of help but not today. I was not-so-gently redirected to place the order online - the incentive being there are no discounts or deals when you call and online costs $70 less!
But now my card is not going through (not a MC issue/they confirmed all was fine) and I can't place the order. So what now?
There is no help online. No customer service hotline that can assist. I need to wait for the store to open at 11 am but that will be very lasty-minute for such a large order.
I guess that's what happens when corporations cut back to make more profit - the customer winds up floundering.
I guess I'm back to finding alternatives for the group lunch. What a shame.“

“We sat outside. Ordered cocktails, Caesar salad, spaghetti bolognese and linguini with salmon. The food was outstanding and the prices reasonable. Hot and well paced. Server was “on it”. The bar made us a cocktail not on the menu. If you’re in Little Italy Montreal, I’d make a reservation and enjoy.“

“Oh myyyyy goodness! As a huge fan of American-Itallian pizza I am always on the hunt for something similar tasting available locally. Until now, the search hasn’t been successful… I’ve tried the other mtl “NY” styled slice shops, and while they are good, they pale in comparison to the “real thing”. Welldun is such a gem in MTL! We ordered New York slices as well as Detroit and they were both incredible and very authentic! Perfectly balanced in flavour, acidity, crisp and chew… Beautiful selection, friendly service and very clean. Great first experience and I will most certainly be back! Would be awesome if they introduce a Chicago deep dish as well!“

“Pizza Prima is seriously the best. It's the pizza you remember eating as a child if you get my drift. At least, for me, it's what I imagine pizza should be. The ingredients are amazing, the texture is always perfect.

This place has soul, sentimentally also delicious.

I remember haunting this place with my brother when he was going through end of life care... The kindness we received from the wonderful people at Pizza Prima still brings a tear to my eye 8 years later. I will never visit Montreal and not order from here. It's become one of my favourite rituals, and Every. Single. Time. I feel like its even better than the last time.

Thank you for the best pizza in town... And thank you for serving up slices of humanity to strangers too. You've given me not only a full belly, but also, a full heart. ❤❤❤“
