Naturally Vero, whether in the café or with the prepared meal service is a wonderful little gem in the area. The meal choices are delicious and diverse. Everything is ready and all you have to do is reheat.The atmosphere of the café with the plants, decorations and service is great. I'm really looking forward to sunny days to return to the terrace they have! I recommend 110%.

We've gotten weekly meal delivery from Vero for almost a year now and we love the creativity and variety of the meals. They are always beautiful and delicious! Prices are really good for what you get. Any time I have reached out about any issues with orders, their staff has been amazing! If you're looking for prepared vegan meals in the National Capital Region, I cannot recommend this place enough!!!

Vero's food is always delicious, creative, and looks amazing! I found myself dissapointed by other meal prep services in Ottawa, why does everyone struggle so much to cook tofu?? it is often bland and boring. However, Vero's tofu is superb and the other protein options are just as good! We look forward to the different options each week for meal delivery but also love that there are a few faves that come back. Their customer service has been amazing whenever we have reached out with any issues. Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

My dad and I stopped in for a quick breakfast on our way to Wakefield. My diet is almost entirely vegan but I can be flexible in a pinch- my dad, however, has strictly adhered to veganism for several years, so finding viable options for him outside of Toronto (where we're from) and other large urban centres can be challenging.We stumbled upon this place and were CRAZY impressed with the food! Like I said, we're no stranger to vegan restaurants and honestly, some of their offerings put the places we're used to to shame. It's the kind of place you could take that sceptical carnivore in your friend group and have them leave feeling happy (and stuffed).The quality was excellent, the presentation was gorgeous, and the portions were MORE than generous. We're used to vegan restaurants under-portioning so we ended up ordering enough to feed a family of four. It was so good that we ended up polishing it all off anyway! I highly recommend the avocado toast- if they still have it... the one with pretty little flowers on it- and the breakfast sandwich.They have a lovely, large outside patio that was absolutely bathed in sunshine when we were there. The location isn't the greatest but tons of bonus points for making the best of it; you can see that they put a lot of love and care into their cheerful, sweet decorations and thoughtful layout.

Expensive and not great (more than $6 for an oat flat white that wasn’t great ) -At some point the place smelled like burnt oil from the open kitchen which was very strong and unpleasantBut cashier was nice and friendly. The place is open and gets light.

Also quite affordable!I ate once in the cafe, but prefer the delivery service (my eggwhich was served cold). It is a very cute cafe though and they have so many options.
