Delicious vegan food and great service! Recently, I have found other cafes to have poor customer service but still expect a tip. It’s the opposite with Naturally Vero. The team always great you with a smile, are happy to give their recommendations and the service is always quick — I will happily tip here! Super service et les tartines à l’avocat sont délicieuses!
Nous sommes des véganes de Lanaudière et avons décidé d’essayer ce petit café lors d’un séjour à Gatineau (notre autre et unique restaurant végane à Gatineau préféré ayant fermé temporairement). Nous n’avons pas été déçus et avons adoré les spéciaux pour la St-Valentin. Quel délice!

Based on the reviews, Naturally Véro is a fantastic fully vegan café and a true gem located in Chelsea, near Gatineau. The space is cute inside, and the staff are all so lovely. The food is delicious, flavourful, colourful, and diverse, with gorgeous presentation. The spring drink menu is to die for, with incredible options like the banana cream earl grey matcha and the carrot cake matcha and latte. The coffee is amazing, and the café is a great spot for a study session with a sweet treat. However, the service or preparation of takeout is usually inconsistent; sometimes the order is exactly what was requested with excellent quality, but other times the order is not what is received, and the smoothie is thrown together without care. Naturally Véro is on the more expensive side, and while the food is good and worth the expense, the quality and quantity portions should be more consistent. Despite this, many customers are constant clients who enjoy the organic and vegan options and can’t recommend the place enough.
