“Delicious vegan food and great service! Recently, I have found other cafes to have poor customer service but still expect a tip. It’s the opposite with Naturally Vero. The team always great you with a smile, are happy to give their recommendations and the service is always quick — I will happily tip here! I recently had a vegan egg blt (?) 🤤 and it was sooo delicious. Plus a biscoff chocolate chip cookie. I’m still dreaming about it. Will be back to support this small, locally owned vegan cafe! “I’m not a regular customer since I don’t live in the area but I sometimes deliver kitchen items for them. I’m not sure if he’s the owner or part of the management but the care he shows to delivery drivers is beyond words. He’s by far my biggest tipper. We rarely ever see tips like this. “So friendly here. Gives a very small town vibe and was nice seeing all the regulars come in. Sitting outside is nice too, lovely seeing all of the dog walkers walking by. Keep in mind there is no wifi but it is a lovely place to sit and read or journal or chat!“

This may seem like an odd thing to say, but it was really great that they made sure they rented an accessible portable washroom for their large market event. As I was sporting crutches (I recently broke my ankle), it was a total life saver that I didn’t need to take the stairs! Not sure if the port-a-potty is an “always” thing, but just the fact that they had it for their street market when so many folks wouldn’t even think of it made me grateful. “This is my go to place when I want a cold dessert. It’s a good cozy place to visit especially when they have special events. I believe almost everything is under $10. They also offer board games to play with friends for free.

The mango bingsu is my favourite, but I’m not a huge fan of the other bingsus on the menu. I’ve tried the matcha strawberry, melon, and strawberry bingsus but they weren’t very good in my opinion because of the syrup. The bubble tea is good as well but they sometimes add too much ice to your drink. I usually ask for less ice to avoid this.

One issue I have is that they use AI in their marketing as well as menus. Hi T offers live music and sometimes crafting events. I just don’t understand how they can support small artists and businesses while also using AI for their posters and menus. Hi T has numerous opportunities that foster human connection and creativity, so the use of AI is out of place.

I hope they can improve on these things in the future.“

They were very communicative and even made sure the cake was delivered to our venue with extra care and in a box that was approved by the venue. “The service was peak. They were so nice bro. I bought the business sandwich and I would like to call it peak sandwich. It’s basically like a chicken sandwich with mushroom and a spicy mayo on the side (the best I have ever had). The atmosphere or like the place is so warm and cozy. “This is our favourite dessert place…
The first thing you’ll notice is their spacious sitting arrangements. Minimal decor.eye soothing colors.
Though there is nothing much for the kids other than the gaming machine but the staffs are really kind and friendly to the kids.
Kids love watching how they make the rolled up ice creams.
Every time we go there we try different flavours. Each and every flavor is unique and delicious.
Note that- washrooms are only for the customers and don’t throw away your receipt because there’s a code in the receipts to go to the washroom.
We will come back again and again whenever we’ll craving for sweets.“
