“Delicious vegan food and great service! Recently, I have found other cafes to have poor customer service but still expect a tip. It’s the opposite with Naturally Vero. The team always great you with a smile, are happy to give their recommendations and the service is always quick — I will happily tip here! I recently had a vegan egg blt (?) 🤤 and it was sooo delicious. Plus a biscoff chocolate chip cookie. I’m still dreaming about it. Will be back to support this small, locally owned vegan cafe! “Hi T is certainly high tea—minus the unnecessary fluff. The Strawberry Matcha Bingsu is this summer's quintessential refresher-dessert hybrid. A bowl of this icy blend will set you (and another, if your big back allows) right. The salty red bean carousel cuts into the candied strawberries so they both finesse with flair and flavour, but the matcha snow's earthiness started to get too aromatic after a few bites—it's like being at Sephora after spritzing seven tester perfumes. But if that's your cup of T, it might feel closer to sinking into a sakura ice bath. Go figure.“

“We got the tempura shrimp wanpaku sandwich and the turkey club sandwich, both were SO fresh and delicious. They make the sandwich in front of you, so they are super fresh!

The drink is a strawberry latte (there’s no coffee in it). There are chunks of fresh strawberries, not too sweet!

The cabbages were marinated and there is some wasabi in the sauce as well, which makes it taste very fresh!

The owners are very nice and welcoming, they always greet every customer with a smile. ?I got the platters for a birthday party, which were a hit with the guests.I’ve never seen salmon and tuna this fresh in Ottawa. I usually go for the specialty rolls or tacos. “Wonderful, inclusive folks! Very nice staff, who were very helpful. This may seem like an odd thing to say, but it was really great that they made sure they rented an accessible portable washroom for their large market event. As I was sporting crutches (I recently broke my ankle), it was a total life saver that I didn’t need to take the stairs! Not sure if the port-a-potty is an “always” thing, but just the fact that they had it for their street market when so many folks wouldn’t even think of it made me grateful. Thank you for being the loveliest hosts! I’m not a coffee or tea drinker, but I’ll certainly tell all my friends about how kind the staff were!“

“The service was peak. They were so nice bro. I bought the business sandwich and I would like to call it peak sandwich. It’s basically like a chicken sandwich with mushroom and a spicy mayo on the side (the best I have ever had). The atmosphere or like the place is so warm and cozy. When u order food inside u could feel the coziness. I also ordered flat white (homemade coffee) PEAK it was so good. But I’m a tourist but if I lived here this place would be my go to place.“

“Stopped by yesterday afternoon and grabbed a coffee along with a few different flavors of their white chocolates. Everything was great — smooth coffee, tasty chocolates, and a pleasant quick-stop experience overall. Will definitely swing by again.“

“This is our favourite dessert place…
The first thing you’ll notice is their spacious sitting arrangements. Minimal decor.eye soothing colors.
Though there is nothing much for the kids other than the gaming machine but the staffs are really kind and friendly to the kids.
Kids love watching how they make the rolled up ice creams.
Every time we go there we try different flavours. Each and every flavor is unique and delicious.
Note that- washrooms are only for the customers and don’t throw away your receipt because there’s a code in the receipts to go to the washroom.
We will come back again and again whenever we’ll craving for sweets.“

I’m not sure if he’s the owner or part of the management but the care he shows to delivery drivers is beyond words. He’s by far my biggest tipper. We rarely ever see tips like this. The staff are welcoming, and the coffee is consistently good - flat white and cortado never disappoint. Bonus points for the Camellia Sinensis tea selection for tea drinkers.
