“Delicious vegan food and great service! Recently, I have found other cafes to have poor customer service but still expect a tip. It’s the opposite with Naturally Vero. The team always great you with a smile, are happy to give their recommendations and the service is always quick — I will happily tip here! I recently had a vegan egg blt (?) 🤤 and it was sooo delicious. Plus a biscoff chocolate chip cookie. I’m still dreaming about it. Will be back to support this small, locally owned vegan cafe! A bowl of this icy blend will set you (and another, if your big back allows) right. The salty red bean carousel cuts into the candied strawberries so they both finesse with flair and flavour, but the matcha snow's earthiness started to get too aromatic after a few bites—it's like being at Sephora after spritzing seven tester perfumes. But if that's your cup of T, it might feel closer to sinking into a sakura ice bath. Go figure.“

“I decided to try some where new for lunch yesterday and came to some coffee and some tea due to my fiancées recommendation. I went right around noon and there were barely and people so my wait time was very short. The menu had a large variety of options and it will definitely require multiple trips to try everything that I want to. I decided to go with the oolong matcha latte and it did not disappoint. The taste of matcha was little but it was enough to make and complement the oolong and latte. I would have loved to try their food but I unfortunately did not have time since I got a bit lost trying to find the store. The store is on the second floor right above 300 and right next to jinsei ramen. The other thing that was a bit unfortunate was that there were very little table seats near the store. There are plenty of places to sit but nowhere where you can set your drink/food down and relax with a friend. Overall with the decent prices and the large variety of drink options I will definitely be coming again

“I’ve been coming here at least 1-2 times a week, and I can easily say they have the best, most fresh, and most reasonably-priced sushi in Ottawa! The owners are very nice and welcoming, they always greet every customer with a smile. ?I got the platters for a birthday party, which were a hit with the guests.I’ve never seen salmon and tuna this fresh in Ottawa. I usually go for the specialty rolls or tacos. This may seem like an odd thing to say, but it was really great that they made sure they rented an accessible portable washroom for their large market event. As I was sporting crutches (I recently broke my ankle), it was a total life saver that I didn’t need to take the stairs! Not sure if the port-a-potty is an “always” thing, but just the fact that they had it for their street market when so many folks wouldn’t even think of it made me grateful. “I had the bacon grilled cheese sandwich and I had it when it cooled down, I found it really good and I'd buy one again. I had some small talk with the staff while I waited for the sandwich and they were polite and friendly.

The place is small and tucked away so I feel it's better as a grab and go type of place. It's also close to Parliament Station, Bank street and Elgin Street, so it isn't hard to get here or grab something on the go. There is some space to sit and eatr too.“

“I stopped in with a friend before going out to a club. The staff were super friendly, and the vibe was very chill. When we went, one of the guys working mentioned he'd made too many cookies, and asked us if we wanted some. Thank you again for the cookies!

Cafe Delice is my new favorite escape from reality — partly because of the amazing coffee, and partly because the baristas look like they walked out of a fashion magazine. Two beautiful ladies behind the bar? Check. A handsome barista with charm and latte art skills? Double check.

I came in for a cappuccino and left with a full heart and slightly unrealistic romantic expectations.

The vibe is cozy, the espresso is smooth, and the staff could easily start a modeling agency on the side. 10/10 would let them judge my coffee order again.“

“On a drizzly day in Ottawa, Happy Goat Coffee provide an experience akin to a warm hug. I ordered a large dripped coffee and settle into a o so comfortable couch at the back. There was a steady stream of customers, many of whom are regulars as they staff greeted by name. One person asked to join me at the single couch’s and when I said yes, she shared that it was her favourite place in the coffee shop. This confirmed for me that this is a great third place for gathering in the neighbourhood.“

The staff are welcoming, and the coffee is consistently good - flat white and cortado never disappoint. Bonus points for the Camellia Sinensis tea selection for tea drinkers.

The pastries are simple. Their croissants, though, are a bit too bready and dense for my taste, losing a star for that.
