“Delicious vegan food and great service! Recently, I have found other cafes to have poor customer service but still expect a tip. It’s the opposite with Naturally Vero. The team always great you with a smile, are happy to give their recommendations and the service is always quick — I will happily tip here! I recently had a vegan egg blt (?) 🤤 and it was sooo delicious. Plus a biscoff chocolate chip cookie. I’m still dreaming about it. Will be back to support this small, locally owned vegan cafe! “The new location for The Red Door is very modern and clean and huge! They also have a nice patio outside. The menu is healthy and maybe a bit pricey but the food is excellent and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. It is self service - you order and pay at the till - they give you a number plaque and you seat yourself“

“LOVE Moca Loca!! I have never actually been to the location but I order off Uber often.I usually get a variety of drinks and they have never once disappointed. The staff takes extra time packing everything up with plastic wrap so they can still fill it to the brim without it spilling.I almost always get the California wrap that is like a curried chicken with kale and raisins and and few nuts I believe. I absolutely love this.Soup is always good as well and they have a soup of the day. it’s great to have a rotation to try different things. Today I got a Carrot Mint soup and it’s liquid gold. Not a hearty soup but would have never tried it otherwise and the flavours are amazing. Staff took time to individually wrap and tape a few crackers for my soup as well.The product is fantastic but the dedicated staff there bring Moca Loca to the next level. As an anglo I try my best to use my French and the staff has always been extremely friendly on the phone and are happy to take a minute to figure out what I’m looking for, even with a language barrier. This kind of attitude that is rare in this neck of the woods. The attention to detail with their take away orders and maintaining and fantastic standard does not go unnoticed and has been consistent for the last couple of years.Thank you Moca Loca and keep doing what you’re doing ❤️“

“You can find the basics here like snacks, coffee, chips, muffins, etc... but what you probably don't know is this unassuming little convenience store attached to a gas station also has one of the best pizzas in Gatineau.I live in the Greater Toronto Area and good pizza is fairly easy to find. When I visit my daughter in Gatineau, it's not so easy. I find pizza here to be bland and mostly low quality ingredients at premium prices.This little place however, is different. The pizza is reasonably priced and quite better than any I've found so far in the area. Ingredients are fresh and they don't try to pretend you're getting a great deal by giving you a dozen 2 inch wide slices.Next time you want a pizza, give this place a try, you won't regret it. They're on Uber Eats as Pizza Iolo.

Although I was just popping in to pick up frozen scones, Kayla was very welcoming and helpful. I baked the scones at home according to the instructions provided - loved that they included parchment paper in the package - and they were absolutely delicious. “A huge shoutout to the team at the 115 Donald Street Tim Hortons! The place is always spotless and impeccably clean, but what truly stands out is the staff—they are wonderfully helpful, warm, and friendly.
​I placed my order through the app, and when I went to pick it up, I asked if my Chai Latte (made with almond milk) could be served extra hot. I've often had disappointing experiences at other locations where it was served lukewarm or cold, so I was so grateful for their attentiveness. They made it absolutely perfect and nice and hot!

“The bubble tea here is pretty nice; I find the drinks do good for their intended purposes. I usually get an arbitrary Brown Sugar Milk Tea drink, but I recently tried the Passionfruit Green Tea and it was very refreshing! I'm satisfied you can taste the tea base(if the drink indeed has tea).

Water costs 25 cents - likely due to the cup - so that can be iffy. I was thirsty and hot so it wasnt so bad. Plus, the barista gave me a big cup for it, so I'm a happy hydrated man.

Service is nice - they do their job well and are cordial enough. Some of the baristas are pretty accomodating.“

The staff came across as rude, rolling their eyes when I asked simple questions. The interaction felt passive-aggressive and unwelcoming, which made me uncomfortable. I hope management can address this, as it doesn’t reflect the quality I associate with the brand.“
