They always decorate very cutely for the seasons which is nice! I've never had any problems with them going too light on ingredients or having over or under cooked puffs. Staff are always nice. Wish the hot chocolate was a bit richer as it was a bit too sweet for me. If you get the ice cream be careful because it melts very fast even in winter.
They were very generous with the toppings.It was a very nice experience.If you have a craving for something sweet, this is the right place. As per usual.It was satisfying just before returning to Montreal!Thanks for the experience!!!

Update - the restaurant offered me a free tornado on my next visit as an apology. It was filled to the brim, like the branch I usually visit.I ordered a smartie tornado for $6.50 + taxes, which was given to me as in the photo. I thought it was a mistake, since when ordered from another branch it was filled to the brim. I checked and they informed me that was the amount the bosses told them to serve.
