“I was a drive thru customer at this Tim Hortons. I’ve had bad experiences at this Tim Hortons in the past, however my recent experience was otherworldly. Will made me an amazing black coffee. This was probably the best coffee I’ve ever had. He was vigilant in the way he assisted my choice. His attention to detail was next level. He deserves a raise! Will be coming back to see that handsome man. Thanks!

By offering your delights on uber eats I was able to send my Ottawan friend a birthday surprise (despite my being located hundreds of km away). She devoured your “superb chocolate mouse,” tiramisu, and cannoli. Without your help, not sure I could have pulled this student away from her doctoral studies for the evening. She said the food was “all fresh, deliciously prepared and beautifully presented in generous but appropriate portions . . . the time we shared dessert , tea and conversation, it actually felt like a real birthday part.” Sweet Castle, you’re amazing for the work that you do . . . can’t wait to try some myself if I’m ever in Ottawa.”“

“This is great location for me to sit down and enjoy coffee. The staff there are very friendly. I usually come in to buy an XL 4x4. I sit down by the window enjoying the TV music and taking naps from time to time until it's time I head to work. I work at the vietnamese restaurant beside the other new store thats still under construction so coming here I get to relax on the very comfy chairs before my shift starts. Planning to tryout the breakfast soon once I figure out what options they have as I have a severe egg allergy so I have to be extra careful when I place an order. Coffee is delicious which is much better than the watered down Timmies across the street.“
