Winning for a coffee and a lunch sandwich. Went and sat down to wait and never got my name called. Finally got impatient and went up and it was sitting there for 5 minutes. They need a better system to call out names or have a screen that displays when your order is ready. They also need more plugs to plug cell phones and laptops in for charging.
I've never once before been to one of these gourmet coffee houses in my life. The extensive menu options with cryptic and unfamaliar names such as "Moccalotachino" and "Machiaatallatteo" made me feel like I was on a different continent in a country where I didn't even know what the native language was. And at this particular Starbucks location, the one next to Ikea on Pinecrest in Ottawa, the line was so long and everyone was in such a good mood that it felt more like I was queuing...read full review

Was meeting a friend. I use a wheelchair and AGAIN there is no door opener to open the door! For a company on the stock market, not being fully accessible is inexcusable. On a positive note, the food is always good.
