Used to be more cozy and clean with the fireplace. The tables are not clean, there are dead wasps on the window sill and obvious dust you can see. Maybe hire more staff.
I was ready to write off Second Cup. The atmosphere just didn’t feel good. The screen kept changing so I couldn’t see what was available for order. But Jasleen single handedly changed my entire experience. She is so friendly and helpful. She didn’t rush us at all and took the time to get the order perfectly correct. I’ll come back

I wanted to love this place. I haven't been to a Second Cup in years. But it was nearby, and hey... it's Canadian, eh? But this location in particular didn't have the warm, cozy vibes I remembered. Being part of a burrito place inside, also kinda weird. Wasn't the worst, but could have been cleaner.
Definitely intend on trying other locations before discounting the franchise as a whole.
