I heard about Sharpfle Waffle from my friend Kate, co-owner of the Morning Owl-Parkdale. I was intrigued by the ideal of a waffle made with croissant batter. So today I was joined by a good friend Michele to have brunch. We arrived at 1:00. I had an Americano and Michele had a Fruity Ice Tea. I ordered the Strawberry Shortcake and Michele ordered the Sweet Potato Soup with Croissant Waffle. What a charming little spot! Wonderful place for a light lunch and /or coffee and sweet waffle. We had coffee, tea and a sweet waffle but will return for lunch and a sweet next time!

All in all a wonderful experience ! The owners are very friendly and welcoming. Sharing their love for waffles and Korean inspired menu items like the Croffle. (I have yet to try it, but I heard it was delicious).Their butterfly iced tea is delicious and should be on your to-try list :DA good place for a respite, or to catch up with a friend with a good drink ^_^Vegetarian options: Plant-based milk option available, such as almond, oat & soy.
