“We entered by chance even though it doesn't exist. When we arrive, the host at reception directs us to a table where the atmosphere is too noisy for us. No sooner said than done, he directs us to another table. We look at the typical menu of a pub and Roxanne, our waitress, suggests dishes that are popular with the customers. In summary, a helpful host and a kind and efficient Roxanne who made our dinner enjoyable.“

“The atmosphere in here is very pleasant and calming. There's a lot of background noise but you can have a great conversation at your table and be able to hear. We weren't sure when we first walked in. Waited over 40 minutes to be served. Unfortunately we do not speak French so the first waitress that came to serve us we felt really bad because she didn't speak English and we didn't speak French. So she grabbed the manager and she spoke excellent English and she was absolutely wonderful. The service here was excellent. The food would be compared to something like Montana's or Chuck's Roadhouse. If you're in the downtown area, it's well worth checking out. And the prices were very comparable to other establishments. Thank you George's for being so accommodating to us who don't speak French and wish we did.“

The service was pretty good but we found it hard to get the waitress to come back to give us the check and for drink refills but overall it was a nice experience.“
