Take the time to live and enjoy the moment. Romantic dinner two days ago. Excellent cuisine. I went with two starters and it was enough, dumplings then blood sausage, generous portions. My husband opted for the pork osso bucco. We shared a maple crème brûlée to end the meal in style. We appreciated Ingrid's attentive and efficient service. As for the chef, Jean-Frédéric, he impressed us. He is alone in the kitchen and his dishes are tasty and well presented. This is not a place where dishes are brought to you quickly in a row in anticipation of a second course. The atmosphere is ideal for a meal alone or with friends. Great discovery, I recommend!

You have to understand the principle of the restaurant before going there, i.e.: a waitress a casual bistro type cook. So yes, it's a place to take the time to take your time. The comments on the long service are therefore irrelevant in my opinion! I do not recommend for large groups, because there will not be more waitresses or cooks, the principle will remain the same.In terms of food and prices, obviously if you are on a tight budget, this is unfortunately not the ideal place.Chef J-F will amaze your taste buds!

Excellent good and service staff very helpful for non French speakers. This was a great find. The food preparation and presentation was excellent. We both had scallops with pork belly and seasonal vegetables and it was probably the best food I have had since arriving in Canada. The other dishes on the menu looked equally appealing. Desert was chocolate fondant and crème brûlée which were both very good. No English menu so be prepared to work things out with help from staff and perhaps, like us, from other diners. Small but very friendly bistro. Best to book if you can.
