Un immense merci à Émie, la cheffe derrière cette magie. 🙏💚 Pour quelqu’un qui mange sans viande et sans produits laitiers, se sentir vraiment accueillie dans un restaurant, c’est rare. Toi, t’as pas hésité une seconde. T’as créé, improvisé, sublimé. Chaque bouchée était une preuve de ton talent et de ta générosité. Merci du fond du cœur. T’es exceptionnelle. Ambiance parfaite, le staff est incroyable et la nourriture est absolument délicieuse! Je recommande à 100% !
Première expérience et pas la dernière ! Ambiance relax pas trop guindée ; chacun des plats était wow . Coup de cœur pour le tartare d’omble et la joue de bœuf juste incroyable . Thumbs up pour l’adaptation des plats à mon intolérance ! Bonne sélection de vin et bon conseil , on aime !
