I was really craving a juicy tender T bone or Porter House steak , but unfortunately they were not available on a Thursday night. I settled for the duck. The duck was unfortunately very tough and I never bothered to finish it. The waitress apologized and offered me a free dessert. This was my first time eating here and probably my last. If your going to charge 5 star restaurant prices then you should stand behind your 5 star quality. I mean seriously ! You offer me a free dessert...
Boefish in Chicoutimi is my absolute go-to restaurant and one of my favorites in the area. The atmosphere is cozy yet upscale, and their selection of premium cuts of meat is outstanding—always perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Whether it’s a special occasion or just a craving for great food, Boefish never disappoints! Highly recommend for anyone visiting or living in Chicoutimi.
I travel a lot for work, have been for a long time, so I’m very picky with restaurants (not food, I’ll try anything). This was one of the best foie gras & beef tartar I’ve had, and I’ve tried many, globally! Beautiful place worth the trip, hotel beside it is freshly renovated and worth all the money!
