Every time I go to this place the wait is long and I have to remind them that I am missing an item. Forgetting once is fine, but it has been on each of my visits. In addition, they do not even exchange our points (stars) for products, do not offer us our gift on our birthday (I have to go to Quebec; the closest to Saguenay who do it) and do not offer either The 2nd at 50%, etc. So disappointing that it no longer makes me want to go there. And what about the prices...quite a bit higher than elsewhere. The food and drinks tasted good, but not worth enough for me. Too disappointed.

Out of 2 drinks and a sweet cake, at first the person at the drive-thru forgot to give us the cake, ultimately the coffee was not what I had ordered and when I got home it was the wrong cake. In short, really rotten

Rude staff! I ordered a drink that was supposed to be frosted + which was supposed to look like the photo on the site, I got the complete opposite! It was literally juice with a tablespoon of crushed ice! I paid $9.22 for it… Plus she dared to tell me “it’s the same”.
