Every time I go to this place the wait is long and I have to remind them that I am missing an item. Forgetting once is fine, but it has been on each of my visits. In addition, they do not even exchange our points (stars) for products, do not offer us our gift on our birthday (I have to go to Quebec; the closest to Saguenay who do it) and do not offer either The 2nd at 50%, etc. So disappointing that it no longer makes me want to go there. Every time I go to A1 service, the staff are always smiling, very professional! And eat it on the tick! I recommend !(Original)Chaque fois que je vais la service A1 le personnel toujours souriant , très professionel ! Et le manger sur la coche ! Je recommande !
