Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They also take in account allergies. I ordered a menu item which the chef chooses a selection for me, the staff asked me if I had allergies to avoid giving me an item that would contain it. They also took in account the fact that I don't like seafood. This place was almost empty, which makes no sense in my opinion. Food is served hot and fresh. It’s very good. Unironically some of the best dumplings/bao I’ve had in my life and I’m not exaggerating.“

“The service was amazing. The staff were really kind and explained the menu to us. The Pho and the bahn mi were all really delicious. The star of the show was the Vietnamese Coffee. We had two at dinner and came back the next day for more coffee to go, it was amazing! Highly recommend this place“

“I really love salads so I was drawn to this “gourmet salad” location that reviews had raved about.

For roughly $17, it’s certainly expensive for a salad but comparable to the prices outside these days.

Highlights:
A. the dressing. I wasn’t expecting much but I agree now with others that it is quite the standout! More than sufficient and complemented the salad very well.
B. The avocado - generous portion (a quarter or half) and perfectly ripe and creamy.
C. Crunchy noodles - added texture to the salad

Areas of Improvement:
A. Had added extra sweet potato. Can’t tell from the photo but they weren’t very generous with the addition despite paying an extra amount to this. Was also diced so small I didn’t really even notice it in the salad. Would personally skip the additions again if I knew.
B. No utensils or napkins in the bag. Luckily I was able to find another place that offered me that but normally it’s offered already in the sealed takeout bag.
C. Lettuce size - agree with what someone else had said. It was a rather big leaf to eat sometimes and wish it was just a bit more refined.

“Very relaxed, family type atmosphere. Excellent food. We come here very often and are never disappointed. The hosts are always smiling warmly and are very helpful when needed. We try other pho places for a change once in a while, but we always come back !“

“We have a location in Toronto, but the first time I tried Mandy's is at this location in Montreal. I never thought I'd go to a salad bar or restaurant because I figured, what's the big deal with salad? However, my sister really likes salad so I took her here because well Mandy's is known for salad.

I was actually impressed! I got a steak salad and the greens were really fresh and there was a lot of salad in my bowl. The quantity is a lot and I wasn't sure if I could even finish it. Yes, I was almost not able to finish a bowl of salad. They are very generous with the portion for the price you pay and the dressing is actually quite good. I felt like a rabbit the whole time and my sister really enjoyed her salad.

The customer service is also very kind as well which I appreciated. They offered to make my sister another salad because of a potential allergy but it wasn't needed.

If you're looking for a healthy lunch and to get your veggies in, Mandy's salads is the spot! I would definitely probably go again!“

I ordered their delicious Steak Salad, the steak, raisins creamy lettuce, crunchy component and fulfilling elements were a dream and made me want to levitate. ever eat once you try you’ll be addicted and the brownies are just heaven. I’ve had the peanut satay salad, the grilled tuna salad, and the veggie protein power bowl. Peanut Mock Chicken that is in the peanut satay salad wasn’t the same from one time to the next though bit of a disappointment on that aspect but overall best salad hands down. Of course comes with a price tag but well deserved l’d say Mandy’s is to Québec what La Durée is to France.“
