Mandy's restaurant has received mixed reviews. Some customers have noted a decline in the restaurant's quality, with issues such as questionable ingredient freshness and recurring order mistakes. One customer specifically mentioned receiving a Cesar salad without dressing. Another reviewer expressed disappointment with the limited options and taste of the food. However, there have also been positive experiences, such as a customer who enjoyed a delicious crunchy sesame salad and had a great experience with the staff. The pumpkin latte and all types of salads are highly recommended, and the child-size salad is perfect with a reasonable price. The decor and atmosphere are loved, and the dressing is delicious, though some find the crunchy noodles bland and chewy. The cookies are amazing, but some takeaway orders have missing ingredients like sauce or avocado, and the complaint form on the website does not work. Overall, there seems to be a range of opinions on the current state of Mandy's.
