“On the way to Balnea Spa, we stopped at Le Sage Brasseur in Cowansville. Robin and his wife Shirley Ann were super hospitable in letting us in at closing time, taking the time to share their knowledge of the area, and serving us some of the incredible beer. We had a fantastic “experimental” IPA brewed with a single hop, some really lovely beer brewed with black currants (I don’t usually like fruit beers, but this one was excellent), and a really smooth Wit beer with hints of orange and spice. They also serve food. A most excellent experience and highly recommended!!!“

“Nous sommes de passage moi mon conjoint et mes 2 enfanfs(8-10ans) nous avons été manger chez vous ce soir et pour vrai très bonne nourriture très bon service la serveuse était dans le jus mais a pris le temps de nous dire merci ☺️ je suis satisfaite du resto !! “L’endroit est bien situé et la chambre était spacieuse et propre. Par contre, il manque de pression pour la douche. De plus, il n’y pas d’espace extérieur réservé aux clients du BOHO. La salle commune est grande, mais il faisait une chaleur suffocante. Finalement, des draps on traîné toute la soirée jusqu’au lendemain dans le corridor.“

“Absolutely delicious! And it was maybe the only restaurant open in town on a Sunday night. We'd just skied at Bromont and were heading to Sutton for the next day. The Poutine Canard (duck) was excellent as was the Maple Burger. The soup of the day was a very hearty and warming sweet potato that embodied winter eating. All the ingredients were spot on top choice. And to wash it down I chose the excellent DDH IPA "Where Dreams go to Die". Traveling to the eastern townships is an annual thing for us and we're so glad to have found this place!“

“Loved this local microbrewery for dinner & drinks. I tried several beers and they were all very good, cocktails were also delicious and well made. I loved the food & atmosphere so much that I came here twice during my stay in Sutton - the Poutine + Fish & Chips that I had were both incredible! The Maple burger that my partner had was piled high with delicious, light onion rings. The house-made mayos are super delicious. The staff are wonderful, it was a busy Friday night but they were attentive and service was fast!“
