We choose the dose of honey and ice.
Very generous with pearls (unlike France and Spain).

“Pretty good bubble tea! We weren’t expecting a lot as the place was 24/7 and quite dingy. We ordered around 11pm and got the Roasted Milk Tea, QQ Mango, and the Pearl Milk Tea. It was pretty good and we got our drinks extremely quick, almost right after ordering! It lives up to the other Chatimes despite our previous judgements.“

“I bought bubble tea from this place. Despite the bubble tea not tasting as I expected, the person who took my order was very kind and the place brought a very comfortable atmosphere. My only recommendation would be to add more sugar to the bubble teas. Overall, a nice experience and would probably come back again.“

“Last minute dinner order, they prepared the food quickly, well packaged, staff was friendly. Arrived home, food is still hot and delicious. For take out counter, it is pretty good, on the healthier side, not too salty.
Parking: The parking lot is pretty big, easy to find space.
Kid-friendliness: It’s a food court, kid friendly.“

They have deals on food and drinks, which you can check out at their self-checkout counter.
Drinks are refreshing and the boba is cooked properly and tasty ?.
Very spacious interior with lots of seating. Great for students, but it is a bit loud with music and customers talking so you should wear headphones ? if you’re planning to come and study. Great hangout spot for friends though. Each table can seat min. 6 people or you can sit alone at the bar table in the front.
Parking: There’s paid parking on the street facing the shop or you can park in the public parking lot behind the shop.“

“I got the black sugar boba with no cream moose (because of preference). IT WAS AMAZING. Kevin was the barista and cashier behind the counter today and he was on fire serving and making the drinks himself. I’m from Ottawa and drink Tiger Sugar all the time, this was definitely by far the best experience I’ve had with Tiger Sugar. Thank you. I will be coming back when I’m in Montreal again.“

“Probably the best matcha I have tasted! I took the one with the strawberry but I think the one without would be even better as it had little taste. The mochi donuts are also excellent! They are quite sweet but we knew we weren't going there for a "healthy" snack when we're talking about donuts :) I'll come back!“

“I often come here after school. The bubble tea tastes amazing, no matter the flavour, and the lady that’s at the counter most of the time, is super sweet. The store itself gives a very nice and friendly vibe, and I’d recommend this to anyone who lives near Monkland. Personally, I recommend ordering the brown sugar one.“

Kid-friendliness: This is probably the best boba place you’ve ever found, would recommend for families with kids cause it costs less than those boba shops in downtown!!!“
“I ordered a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and it was great! The brown sugar was very flavourful, as well as the Milk Tea, which was more on the tea side than the sweet side. Their milk tea had a nice presentation, and unlike most milk teas I have had, the brown sugar around the cup stayed for a good amount of time, keeping the pretty appearance for longer. The employees made two teas in about 6 or 7 minutes, but the employees did not really interact with me. The atmosphere is nice, the store is pretty much empty, though. Overall, I would definitely come back their tea is great!“
“Idk why reviews are so low, very good bubble tea, better than anywhere I was before. Not much sugar, almost like a normal black tea, and if you ask for putting less ice, the employee will respect your ask. I'll revisit again. Bubble tea even better than in downtown, just pls make sure you know what you're ordering. Black sugar and ying yang were good for me and my friend.Also, as a sushi shop they're very good as well, I tried the chicken salad with grilled riz.“

Dietary restrictions: My daughter who is allergic to eggs, peanuts and dairy products can drink there without problem.“

“They have sketchy people lingering around the mall, who will go to the entry of this place and ask if you wanna "buy something" ie drugs, or come.right up to you in the business like they know you. This isn't just on the business, but the mall security as well.“

“The food was delicious and well priced. The quality was very good. We had the shrimp tempura and miso soup to start. Each of us had a poke bowl - tuna and the salmon and tuna. Each was served over rice and salad but could be served only over salad. There is also brown rice if you prefer.“

“Very good bubble tea at a very good price! Simple menu, little customization, but very good taste, especially the fruity green teas! My boyfriend really liked these black teas with milk, but less so the tapiocas which he found a little too hard (not cooked enough)!“

“My sister LOVES this place. She’s obsessed with their Grapefruit boba with green tea (reg). I bought one for her and then another for myself after taking a sip. I got full so she drank mine too, but only a bit so we gave the rest to my other sister who drank it all up in just a few minutes. Now they’re both obsessed with it. Keep in mind the mall was closing when my sister and I got there, and in the timeframe we were there, that would mean we got our drinks in just a few seconds.“
