They were all very good, we had enough food for 4 people.On site when picking up the order, the employee was smiling and answered our questions. “We love hidden fish , normally we order out at least twice a month but this week I decided to eat in with my gf. We went on Saturday Night, Wilson the server was great, he recommended best dishes on the menu, and his service was top of the line. We sat in the lounge area, amazing decor and ambient. “This is probably the best sushi I've tried in Montréal. Plus, it's a very cozy place.

It was fresh, well-prepared, copious, and tasty. Also the service was kind and warm. Quality for the price is great.

The poké is also delicious, and the kaarage chicken was just perfect.“

“Came to Ryu on Valentine’s day for their fixed menu and had a pleasant experience. Very fresh fish. The sashimi platter, caviar crab roll and toro maki were among my favourites. The wagyu tataki was very tender and flavourful, but not worth the extra $20 in my opinion. The presentation and service is superb.“

“Love it! I’m picky with my sushi and honestly I love these ones. They are generous with the piece sizes, and give a GOOD amount of fish per roll. So you don’t end up paying for a rice roll with a drop of salmon. Plus, the fish is extremely fresh. Been ordering since they opened and will continue :)“

“I love this place! The service is simple and fast (even when they are busy). Pricing is reasonable ($5 for a snack, or $10 - $20 for a meal). The sushi is much higher quality than what you'd normally expect to see from a small little lunch sushi place like this. The only downside is that seating is VERY limited (there MIGHT be 15-20 seats in the whole restaurant). Luckily, the Square Victoria park is rather nice; if the weather is nice outside, you can take a seat by the fountain and soak up some sun.“

“Amazing service, amazing food, and amazing prices🤩🤩. As a student it is difficult to eat sushi since it is pretty expensive so they give a 10% discount for all students. Even without the discount you can have 14 sushi for an affordable price(sorry don’t remember the exact price). The waiters are always smiling and giving the best service you can ask for. Finally the most important information in a restaurant review is the food quality. Everything is fresh they don’t have the kind of fridge where you can just pick sushi that are already done no. Everything they prepare is delicious and made with love. Love this restaurant and going to keep going. Alone, with family, on dates and friends. If the owners are reading my review I give you a big thank you and please keep doing what you’re doing it’s working.“
