I’ve been to this lounge multiple times, and unfortunately, this was by far the most unpleasant experience I’ve had.
We arrived around 8:30 PM and were informed that the lounge would be closing at 10 PM. That’s completely understandable and not an issue at all. What was unacceptable was the way the closing was handled.

This is probably one of the worst lounges I have ever visited. The food choices are limited, but that didn’t really bother me but the drinks? Pepsi and diet Pepsi were broken. I can even live with that. There are way too few plugs to plug in your devices. I mean it is ridiculous. I sat in an area where they were all broken and I went around to look and they’re just so very very few. I also do not see a bathroom, so I don’t know what people were talking about...read full review
