I went to the Starbucks across from Tim Hortons near Domestic Gate A2, and honestly, it was a nightmare experience.
There were only about 6–8 customers ahead of me, with two baristas working, but the lineup took at least 20 minutes. The frustrating part was that only one barista was taking orders and making drinks, while the other was just standing behind the counter doing nothing.

Very disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The service from the two employees was extremely poor. They were rude, unprofessional, and showed very little respect or attention toward customers.
I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but that does not excuse treating customers this way. Very disappointing experience. The service is extremely slow, and customers are left waiting for a long time without any sense of urgency from the staff. The employees seem uninterested in helping customers and can come across as disrespectful and dismissive. Even when there is a line and people have clearly been waiting, the service does not seem to pick up at all. This location really needs better customer service, organization, and professionalism.
