I walked in after lunchtime. I stood at the cash for 5 minutes with 10 people working there. Nobody made eye contact with me or greeted me to take my order ?! Employees were talking in the back and laughing ?! I left the store. I called today to speak to the manager. He refused to give ke his name qnd said he couldn't do anything for the inconvenience ?! Very disrespectful and not pleasant.
I walked into this place at around 10 tonight. I was polite and courteous as I have worked in fast food. Get home with my meal to see my fries aren’t even cooked and my 10 nuggets aren’t even included. I can’t return to the store cause the cashier didn’t even give me my receipt after taking my order and walking away. So I’m out half my order because this staff wants to be lazy and take shortcuts.
