I discovered your demi-sec Jerry and it is excellent. It has a confusing side but not shocking at all. It is a success. The only downside is its price for a 500 ml. I find it a bit expensive but I suspect it is expensive to produce.
Very nice place and very warm welcome, we discovered the best cider in Quebec: the cider "Bubbles, kind" reminded us of Breton cider, a real delight! And the ice cider with a caramelized note is truly exceptional. Too bad it's not in the SAQ!

Very nice lady, we enjoyed chatting with her about the region, its products and many others. Great experience and delicious products! We succumbed to the ice cidrr which tastes like apple pie!! THANKS :)
